Architectural
Modeling in 3D using computers is one of the many specialized
services offed by Kutscher Cosulting. Accurate and realistic computer
models can be created from any representative plan including simple
"conceptual" architectural renderings or detailed architectural
elevations and floorplans.
Any amount
of detail can be modeled. Sometimes only the "Building Envelope"
level of detail is necessary for a visiblity analysis that deterimines
if a proposed structure will block a valued view. Other situations such
as a site fly-by or sturcture walk-through may call for much higher
detail in the modeling for the proposed structure.
Any level
of detail is possible and Kutscher Consulting always creates architectural
models in a "Staged" approach making sure, that where possible,
modeling labor spent can be built upon in the future by adding detail
and not re-creating sturctures each time additional details are called
for. This allows us to provided efficient and cost effective computer
modeling products to our clients and saves time and money when revisions
are requested.
